FLARED MOLDBOARD
Tall flared wings throw snow higher and farther to deliver exceptional snow clearing results.

DOUBLE-ACTING ANGLE CYLINDERS
Durable double-acting angle cylinders push and pull the wings forward and back under the heaviest snow loads. They also can hold the wings firmly in place for optimum back dragging performance.

SNOW CATCHER
An integrated snow catcher between the wings help keep snow from spilling over the top of the plow.

ADJUSTABLE CENTER CUTTING EDGE
Gap can be adjusted to help prevent snow from slipping between pivot edges.

LARGE 1-1/4" CENTER PIN
Center pin is robust, yet positioned to make the plow completely flat when in straight blade mode, enhancing snow rolling performance.

EASY ACCESS COMPONENTS COVER
Hydraulic components are protected with a durable poly cover that is easy to remove for quick maintenance access.

STAND-FREE DESIGN
Because the blade is stable in the V position for either attaching or detaching, no stand is needed.

SELF-ALIGNING RECEIVER BRACKETS
Receivers simplify attachment and are removable when not in use.

TRIP-EDGE PROTECTION
Independent trip edge protects the plow, truck and operator when encountering obstacles, and functions in any position (scoop, V, angle or straight). Because only the edge trips, snow loads are never lost.

MADE FOR THE DURATION
Longevity is a hallmark of SnowEx equipment. Our POWERCOAT high-performance, multi-stage powder coat system features a tough epoxy primer that delivers added protection and improved coating adhesion to guard against weathering and corrosion. Additionally, each plow includes a robust steel cutting edge to protect the blade at the point of contact for longer wear and enhanced scraping action.

SnowEx® plows aren’t just built to take on snow, but to utterly defeat the most demanding snow removal conditions you’ll ever encounter. Engineered for strength, the plow is designed to take a beating without beating up your truck. The plows also feature six to eight solid welded reinforcement ribs for maximum durability and robotically welded headgear helps ensure quality and consistency on every plow.

TRACTOR COMPATIBLE MOUNT KIT
Designed for easy installation onto a wide range of tractor models, these mount kits make it possible for the HDV v-plows to fit on a compact tractor. They are flared both vertically and horizontally to ensure proper alignment and make the drive-in connection easier. The push beam, which makes up the front portion of the mount, can be quickly detached to allow for a loader attachment.

Available in both LED and Dual Halogen models, STORM SEEKER™ plow headlights are engineered and tested for maximum light output, performance and durability to keep you ahead of the storm.

AUTOMATIXX® ATTACHMENT SYSTEM
The Automatixx attachment system provides fast and easy snowplow hook-up that can all be handled from one side of the truck.

SCRAPE MAXX™ DOWN-FORCE KIT
Scrape Maxx™ down-force is an exclusive, standard feature that gives SnowEx truck plows the ability to apply downward force to bust through hard pack and maximize to-the-pavement scraping performance. Every SnowEx truck plow provides the Scrape Maxx feature to provide the right amount of force for clean plowing.

Direct lift system gives the plow a responsive full range of motion for efficient stacking and transport.

FLEET FLEX ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
The FLEET FLEX electrical system provides complete fleet interchangeability. Any SnowEx plow can be used on any truck.

CONTROL OPTIONS
Choose between the POWER GRIP™ control with backlit buttons or the compact joystick control. Both feature power “on” and float LEDs and are FLEET FLEX system enabled. An intuitive hand-held controller makes it easy to raise, lower and angle the blade or wings at the touch of a button. Custom hydraulics, designed and produced in-house to maintain quality control, provide excellent maneuverability in the field. And a responsive direct-lift system aids in efficient stacking and transport.

SECURITY GUARD™
The SECURITY GUARD™ anti-theft system electronically secures your snowplow from unauthorized use when detached from the truck.

POWERCOAT FINISH
Our high-performance, multi-stage powder coat system provides a long-lasting, maintenance-free finish.

PRE-PUNCHED BLADES FOR ACCESSORIES
The blade is pre-punched for easy installation of accessories, providing a custom fit. The pre-punched holes also prevent damage to the powder coat that can sometimes occur when installing an accessory.
